Almost none of us work on our cars anymore because it's so difficult and complicated. We pay somebody to do it and have it done right. That's what I do with computers. I handle the difficult part

and "get under the hood" of your computer and professionally fix your computer problems.

Working on computers has been my passion. And more specifically, working on them remotely so they can be repaired without someone coming to you and without taking your computer somewhere to be serviced. And you know how expensive and time consuming it can be!

That's why I set up Remote Tech Assistance. My specialty is servicing computers without a visit, without phone calls, and without hassle. My clients install a simple and safe computer program on their computer giving me temporary access remotely to their system. I have studied computers since I was a child and now in college, I know the tricks, tips, and fixes to make your computer run like you expect and with no repair visit or trip to the computer store.

We Start With a Free Analysis

You wouldn't go to the doctor and have him give you a prescription without knowing what the problem is. The same is true with computers. I couldn't possibly give you an accurate "prescription" without doing a careful diagnosis. That's why I start with a free analysis so we can truly find out what's wrong with your computer. Then, I will offer suggestions on how to fix your computer issues.

I will analyze your computer remotely AT NO CHARGE! I will only do this with your permission and your computer turned on, of course.

After the analysis, I will tell you exactly what’s wrong. You will know what problems need fixing. Then, if you wish to use my services I will prepare a proposal for you so you will know exactly what it will cost to fix your computer.
